WIHARA BENOA IN DENPASAR

WIHARA BENOA DENPASAR

.Hundreds of Chinese people in Bali inaugurated the Satya Dharma Vihara place of worship. Places of worship were built in the Port of Benoa, Denpasar, as a place of worship of the whole community as well as the cult of the god Ma Cho, the patron god of the sea.

Satya Dharma Vihara stands majestically on 82 acres of land. The building is a solid filled with ornaments and red color typical of China. The materials and many ornaments imported directly from the bamboo curtain.

The inauguration of the temple was attended by Vice Governor AA Ngurah Puspayoga Bali and some of his followers on Wednesday night (22/08/2012). "All the people from all over Indonesia Tri Darma can pray at this temple

The place of worship is expected to be a place of worship for sailors and seamen who work from various countries who often stop at the Port of Benoa, Denpasar.

Because of the ancient object collection which had been collected is not yet adequate and then during 7 years (1925-1932), the mains building stood functioned for the exhibition purpose. Semawang beach
  is a place famous tourist resort of Bali island. This place is located just south of Bali Hyatt Hotel. The beach is the location Semawang primarily for surfing (surfing). Bajra Sandhi Monument is monument of Balinese People Struggle . This Monument is recognized by the name of Bajra Sandhi because it's form is looking like Bajra or Genta or bell used by all Hindu Priest in reading off Weda holy sentence (mantra) at religious ceremony. This monument is built in the year 1987 and it is opened by president of Megawati Sukarno Putri on 14 June 2003.
